Our Story
Where do the “weirdos” go? Where do people who don’t fit into traditional salon spaces feel comfortable? That was the question that changed everything for me.
In July 2020, I reached a crossroads in my career. The salon I had been working in no longer aligned with my values—the way people were treated, the lack of inclusivity, and the overall culture. I realized I needed something different.
I had choices—I could go to another salon, rent a suite, or build something of my own. A suite felt isolating. Another salon felt like repeating a cycle where I had never truly felt comfortable.
So, instead of searching for that safe space, I decided to create it myself.
In September 2020, I opened the doors to Vibrant Styles Salon & Spa, a salon built on inclusivity, authenticity, and self-expression. A space where individuality isn’t just accepted—it’s celebrated.
Now, nearly five years later, Vibrant Styles has expanded into a larger location and is on track to become everything I dreamed—a place where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
